Experiences Related to COVID-19

We have developed a 25-question measure about COVID- experiences that we will administer once every three months over the course of the next two years online via Qualtrics (through emailed or texted links) or by telephone or postal mail for participants without internet access. This measure is a revised version of the 18 item instrument approved in June 2020.  Once face-to-face data collection becomes possible again, we will conduct interviews in person for families we are not able to reach via Qualtrics, telephone, or mail.
