Description

Questions 1-4 ask the youth to identify how often they consume fruits, vegetables, soda and fast food  on a frequency scale of (0) None to  (4) 3-4 times each day. The following section asks about physical activity and exercise frequency. This measure was adapted from The European Health and Behaviour Survey: rationale, methods and initial results from the United Kingdom.
