Description

The Civic Engagement scale was adopted from the core measures of community-based civic engagement from the Youth Civic Engagement Indicators Project (Keeter, Jenkins, Zukin, Andolina, 2003). Children are asked how often, in the past year, they have engaged in 7 activities associated with civic and community engagement. Responses range from (1) “Never” to (5) “many times”.
