MEASURE: Psychological Intrusiveness
Description:
This measure includes 11 items about the young adult’s mother and 11 items about the young adult’s father (Manzi, Parise, Iafrate, Sedikides, & Vignoles, 2015). Young adults report whether their parents think they know what their young adult child is thinking without asking, whether their parents are hurt when the young adult wants privacy, and so forth.
